We are looking for an organized and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to provide extraordinary customer service while juggling various day-to-day administrative functions. This position supports our customers by answering questions and resolving issues, while supporting our field technicians with accurate and timely request triaging.
This is a permanent full-time position offering a hybrid work arrangement. While working in the office you will be located in our Breslau Ontario facility with some flexibility to work from home.
Responsibilities
- Triage customer inquiries and service requests via phone and email
- Liaise with clients and internal team members
- Accurately enter and maintain company and customer data (contact, special details regarding buildings, etc.)
- Support the creation and delivery of daily and weekly reporting
- Provide other administrative duties as needed
Requirements & Competencies
- 1-3 years direct experience providing administrative or customer service support
- High school diploma with preference for post secondary education
- Positive, empathetic, customer-centric attitude
- Exceptional interpersonal skills coupled with highly developed written and verbal English communication skills
- Quick learner with excellent time management and problem solving skills
- Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
- A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Self disciplined (able to work independently for long periods of time)
- Excellent computer skills in Excel, Outlook, Word and OneNote is an asset
- Reliable transportation to our facility in Breslau, Ontario with flexibility to occasionally work from home
- Flexibility to work some weekend hours
- High speed internet at home (no hotspots or satellite)
Pay Range: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour, depending on experience.
