Ideal if you want to be “hands-off” with your laundry facility and have us handle everything while you simply collect a monthly payment. In exchange for a negotiated percentage of the revenue, we will:

• Purchase and remove your old equipment (if owned)
• Liaise with onsite staff and/or contractors
• Provide and install new washers & dryers that accept coin and/or mobile payment
• Post professional operating instructional signage
• Communicate directly with residents regarding service issues and refunds
• Provide same or next day service, guaranteed 
• Collect and process laundry revenue
• Pay you correctly, transparently and on time

Ideal if you want to handle the coin collection and processing but don’t want to buy or service your own equipment. In exchange for a monthly all-inclusive fee (+HST) we will:

• Purchase and remove your old equipment (if owned) 
• Liaise with onsite staff and/or contractors
• Provide and install new washers & dryers that accept coin and/or mobile payment
• Post professional operating instructional signage
• Communicate directly with residents regarding service issues
• Provide same or next day service, guaranteed

Ideal if you own your equipment and need fast, reliable service when it breaks down.  You contact us only when you need us. Each chargeable service call will include a fee for time and material (+HST).  Having issues with a washer or dryer now? Complete our Service Request form.

Looking to purchase your own equipment? We can source and install your new washers and dryers, whether vended or free-running. We also offer an optional maintenance package to cover your service needs above and beyond the manufacturer's warranty.

Lint buildup inside a dryer can be a potential fire hazard so it's prudent to have your dryers and their vents inspected and cleaned periodically. We can help with our preventative maintenance program, where our Technicians will vacuum and inspect the dryers and clean the vents to ensure safety and optimum efficiency.

Need someone to count, roll and bank your coin? We can collect it from your machines, pick it up from a central location, or you can drop it off to our secure facility where we'll give you a cheque on the spot.
