- We advocate for common laundry facilities vs in-suite laundry, considerably reducing the environmental impact associated with manufacturing, shipping, installing, servicing, replacing and running equipment.
- Our technicians live in the communities they serve, reducing travel emissions.
- We solve many service issues over the phone and when we are onsite, over 80% of issues are solved in our first visit.
- Whenever possible, we combine service, preventative maintenance and onsite coin/data collection into one visit.
- We recycle 100% of the waste related to our equipment (cardboard, metal, plastics).
- All of our office staff work from home and leverage online platforms to connect with each other, clients and partners.
- We are virtually 100% paper free with all of our documentation being digitized.
- All lighting in our shops and warehouses are LED.
- We promote the use of electric dryers with our clients, and incent them to convert from gas to electric when possible, which reduces greenhouse gases.
- We use only cold water in our washer testing facility.
- When equipment ages to the point where repairing it is no longer feasible, we refurbish it, harvest it for parts, and/or recycle any material that cannot be salvaged.
- We order our laundry equipment in bulk, shipping only full truckloads from the manufacturer to our set up facility.
- We provide dryer vent cleaning services, which increases dryer efficiency and reduces run time.
- Our equipment line includes energy efficient front load washers.
- 86% of our machines accept mobile payment and no smart cards, eliminating the need for a separate plastic card.
